If no operating voltage is indicated in an order of LED lamps, we dispatch the articles with the standard operating voltage indicated in the catalog. If necessarily we will send a confirmation of order to you. With telephone or oral orders a confirmation of order is mandatory.

LuzLicht supplies exclusively the wholesale trade and computes the prices according the quantity of orders. For price information we need article numbers, numbers of items, shipping address.

Storekeeping increases the costs and thus also the prices. LuzLicht therefore has only the popular articles in stock and can ship these within 2-3 days. Articles which we must order have delivery periods of approx. 3 weeks.

We bill forwarding expenses according to the current price list of the DHL.

Lamps on LED basis are increasingly also used as replacement for halogen bulbs in low-voltage systems. Since the current consumption of the LED lamps is much lower, the minimum load of conventional transformers is frequently fallen below. Malfunctioning or cases of damage can be the result.
